At Radiant Leaf Consulting, we want to make it easy for you to be outdoors and moving forward in your gardens every season.
In addition to in-person sessions, we’ve been providing virtual consultations since March 2020 - whether you live here in New England or anywhere that’s designated within Plant Hardiness Zones 5 or 6!

What is virtual consult?

Meet with me remotely using the Zoom app on your smartphone or tablet. Once you book using the button below, I will email you a link to join our session. Take your device into the garden and ask me questions as we go on a walkabout! Scroll down the page for examples of topics that may be suitable for video consultations and to book a session.

I had a wonderful experience with you and my garden in virtual space. As always your patience, humor, and expertise made the hour go so fast. And so much got done. Also I can see what your understanding of trees and shrubs has accomplished in shaping awkward young plants to become stellar specimens, esp. the maple. A beautiful day, too. How did you do that?

Anyone who:

Lives in the Northeast, US Plant Hardiness Zones 5-6
Wants help selecting landscape plants - planting season will be here before you know it!

Has some experience pruning, and wants to address specific pruning issues in their garden.

Needs help identifying an outdoor tree, shrub, vine, or perennial plant.

Has noticed holes, browning, leaf spots, or any other significant change to one or more plants.

Is a long-time client who has questions requiring a conversation, but likely not a site visit since I’m familiar with the property.

Jen was able to give me precise pruning instructions over the video chat, directing me where and how to make the cuts as I held up my pruners next to the branch. It’s the perfect time for a consultation if, like me, you want your trees and shrubs to be healthy but you are hesitating and unsure how to proceed. Thanks Jen!

I’d never done a virtual garden consult before (or any kind of garden consult!) and I’m so glad we did. Jen helped us virtually identify the fruit trees and plants that we’d inherited with our new home and gave us a plan for how to bring them back to life. Also, she’s just a lovely person and made the experience fun. Thanks, Jen!
